New to VRBO! Our house is a newly remodeled, 2740-sq-ft open-concept stunner, adjacent to the CCRT bikepath. Relax in 3 separate living spaces, perfect for 1-2 families with kids, or friends traveling together. A modern open kitchen has everything you need for family dinners. Hang out by the firepit in our huge backyard, or stroll across the path into the Indian Lands, with beautiful paths along the Bass River. Less than 10 mins to bay or oceanside beaches, or bike all the way up to Wellfleet!
The space: Enter into the wood-beamed Great Room, with a wood-burning stove in the corner, cozy couch and Smart TV (equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney+), and an expandable dining table that seats 8-10. Off to one side is a sunroom, which overlooks the backyard and is filled with books and games for families, especially the toddler/preschool set. Up the carpeted stairs is the master suite, with a supremely comfortable king bed, a toddler bed/daybed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-concept kitchen area has a granite island with pull-up barstools, perfect for gathering around, as well as another dining table that seats 6-8, and a little desk area. That opens to a second living room with a fireplace (currently not in use) and more comfy seating, and a hallway that leads to a high-ceilinged king bedroom, with its own bathroom (this is where you’ll find the full washer/dryer). Up a set of stairs is another bedroom suite with a bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a full bed below, as well as a daybed that pulls out to a king. Basement has ping pong table for rainy day fun!
