Summary: Stayed here for 4 days/3 nights. Gorgeous home, exactly as depicted in the photos. Loved the newer kitchen, the master bath, and the amount of space throughout the home. The owner was very accommodating and allowed a slightly earlier check-in and great at communicating the entire time. The neighborhood is very safe, extremely quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The house was very clean however, there was a major issue with the cleanliness of the bed linens in the master bedroom. Shortly after arriving, I inspected the linen and there were stains on the comforter and I later discovered on the sheets.The owner responded fairly quickly by apologizing, indicating an oversight by the cleaning staff and delivered newly purchased items personally the next day. My friend in an adjacent room also found smaller stains on her sheets but made the best of the situation. Unfortunately there were issues with the washer at the time as noted by the owner. Upon checking-out, myself and my two guests removed all the linens in our bedrooms and placed them outside of the laundry room as we always do. I was incredibly shocked to see what I was actually sleeping on and took photos. The mattress pad had multiple dark colored stains and the pillows were heavily soiled in yellow and brown stains which is unacceptable.These items were discovered minutes before checking-out and was not reported to the owner. Issue is fixable. QA checks need to be implemented before guest check-ins.
