Our fully renovated and spacious home at 126 Loring is only a half mile walk away from West Dennis beach in the desired fingers neighborhood. Spend your Cape Cod vacation in luxury with plenty of common space to relax.
This fully renovated contemporary home has 4 sleeping spaces on the main floor: a master suite with wet room style bath including open shower and soaker tub; an ensuite with King bed; bunk beds and full bath with walk in shower; Bedroom with queen; and Bedroom with double and twin with trundle. A third full bath with shower/tub is across the hall from these two bedrooms. Also on the main floor is washer and dryer. Our home has central air throughout the first floor.
Our beautiful new kitchen boasts a Thermador 6 burner range and Signature refrigerator. Our 10 ft quartz island has a microwave drawer and drink fridge for optimal entertaining.
Our great room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating in the living room area as well as a dining table that can accommodate 8 next to our island that seats 5. Adjacent in our great room enjoy our large, screened porch with seating for all. We spend a lot of time in this new extension of our home!
Our new patio has a cantilever umbrella that allows you to move the shade where you want it and covers our expandable dining table. A Weber gas grille is available for your grilling and homecooked meals while the family enjoys the large newly landscaped backyard. A brand-new outdoor shower is adjacent to our ensuite and has new Azek decking so you can enjoy the outdoors while you shower!
All TVs in the house are smart TVs and have access through Roku.
Our basement just went through a renovation- complete with wet bar and stainless steel fridge! This level houses a game room with pool table; shuffle puck; air hockey and foos ball, along with a secondary space complete with tv and couches! Beach chairs, Wonder Wheeler and cooler along with lawn games are available for use by our guests.
