City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year. We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. - The building offers reserved parking ($15/day or $200/month as of November 2024) in a secured 2-story structure with the bottom story covered and the top story uncovered. - The apartment has central air but the HVAC system is a two-pipe system which can only run heat or AC at any point in time. The system switches over to heat in the fall each year and switches to AC in the spring
