Walk to the Buzzards Bay Park beside the Cape Cod Canal, complete with playground and splash pad, picnic area, and enjoy Concerts by the Canal on Thursday evenings. You can fish from the banks of the canal, walk, roller blade, or ride your bike on the 7-mile bike path and experience the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge, with vertical lift. Also in close proximity are various bars, restaurants, and ice cream shops, bowling/arcade, antique shops, and the National Marine Life Center. Just 2 miles to the Bourne Bridge and 5 miles to the Sagamore Bridge, you can explore the Cape on your own time without dealing with the high traffic times on the weekends. 5 Minute drive to Onset Beach, 7-mile drive to Scusset Beach and approx. 2 miles to miniature golf, go carts, and Water Wizz water park.
