The main floor has two bedrooms. One with twin beds , the other has 1 queen bed.

An outside staircase leads you to the courtyard . On this level is a private appartment lovingly called the Captain's Quarters. This house can sleep 10 easily. All bed linens. house towels (byo beach towels) small appliances ,dishes.flatware as well as 6 beach chairs are included. Dogs are considered with a signed pet agreement if approved.
