An added feature to the living room is the antique cocktail bar stocked with glasses and a wine refrigerator next to it. The Dining area has a large table with seating for 10 with a Swarovzki crystal chandelier. Large sliding glass doors provide access to the patio and a view of the pool.
The family room has a gas fireplace, an L shaped sofa and three armchairs for plenty of seating and TV time. The newly updated kitchen adjoins the family room. There is a dark wood rectangular dining table in the kitchen with seating for up to six people, a kitchen island for food preparation and plenty of counter space. The kitchen counters are quartz. The Kitchen has General Electric stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, cutlery and table linen.
