Fifteen minutes from Sturgis,Deadwood, Spearfish. Property includes a newly refurbished updated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, 10 private covered horse pens with automatic waterers and outside runs, 1 exercising arena, and 1 round pen. There is plenty of room to park your trailers, your ATV or motorcycles. Covered outside area to park motorcycles or ATV's. We do not charge for parking and there is plenty of room for parking.
Ride the trails near the property and then relax in the luxury of the condo with outside deck surrounded by pine, birch, ash and oak trees. Property is only 5 minutes to unique Whitewood, where you can find groceries, fuel, restaurants, coffee shop, bar and liquor store. Entire property has asphalt to and from location including the property road and is only 17 minutes to Deadwood, Spearfish or Sturgis. Mt Rushmore is only a little over an hour away depending on the route you select. Perfect property for a perfect getaway.
The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom with 2 twin beds in the bedroom off of the second bedroom. The condo is above the first story of the barn structure and the second and third bedrooms are on the third story. The views are incredible. There are two full baths. All bed linens and towels will be provided. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, water glasses, wine glasses and cook ware. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, full stove with large oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer and large sink. Coffee provided along with coffee pot.
Of special note: There is RV parking available with water and 30 amp electric only. No sewer. There is an extra charge for every RV of $100.00 per night.
Horses: If you bring horses please note to bring your own feed and current health certificates for each horse. Each horse must have the name of the guest on their health certificate. There is a $25.00/ night boarding fee for each horse. We have 10 covered private stalls with automatic waterers and open runs behind the stalls. Guests may contact the owners directly for any question about horses.
This is a highly sought after property because of its central location to numerous desirable destinations in the popular Black Hills of South Dakota.
There is a strict no smoking policy inside the condo and if dry conditions outside warrant a danger, no smoking due to fire hazards.
Enjoy lots of wild life to include deer and turkeys who live on the property, plus many other beautiful wild birds. You may get to spot a majestic bald eagle because the surrounding area is their habitat.
