The top level offers an excellent recreational room with seating, a TV, and an air hockey game, plus the final bedroom with two double beds—an ideal setup for movie nights, games, or laid-back lounging. Just one block from Rehoboth Avenue and downtown, this home is approximately 4–5 blocks from the north end of the beach and boardwalk, putting you close to everything Rehoboth has to offer.
