Conveniently located in town, this house has everything a family (or two) would need. Close to Lake Mansfield, restaurants, stores and all the outdoor activities. From the house it's a ten-minute walk to Main or Railroad St. The home has been restored to its original 1892 grandeur and the kitchen and bathrooms feature high-end appliances and fixtures. Wifi, TV/Apple tv, HB0-GO, Steam shower, window unit AC, fenced heated pool with patio, oversized covered porch, 2 hammocks, ping-pong table, outdoor furniture with two umbrellas, charcoal and propane grill. Hot tub available for off-season rentals. This home sits on 1.4 acres so although you're in town, it feels private. The linens are cleaned with Seventh Generation brand laundry detergent without perfume and the household cleaning products are non toxic products as much as possible. We prefer to rent from Friday to Friday during the months of July and August but can be flexible. Thank you for looking.
