Large, new Anderson windows and many skylights give this home a lot of natural light and brings in the large private lot, creating a treehouse feel. The home is an approximately 3 minute drive to Monument Beach.
Monument beach is on a secluded inlet of Buzzard’s Bay, and it looks out on the Bourne entrance to the Cape Cod Canal. The beach is located on Phinney’s Harbor and not far from the entrance of the Cape Cod Canal. Monument Beach is a family-friendly beach popular with boaters and beachgoers alike. Full facilities include restrooms, a snack bar and a boat launch.
To note: You will need a non resident temporary parking pass purchased ahead of time for Monument Beach Access (closest beach to this property). There are 1 and 2 week passes available. A one week temporary pass is $40 and a 2 week pass is $60.

In order to drive there, head southwest on Cliff Rd toward Tower Circle, Turn right onto Clay Pond Rd and Continue onto Beach St and then Turn right onto Pine St.

Shining Sea Bikeway is about 11 min away. The bikeway is 10.7-mile point-to-point trail near North Falmouth, Massachusetts. Its considered an considered an easy route, and takes an average of 3 h 13 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking, mountain biking, and road biking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are May through September. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

To get there, Take Clay Pond Rd to MA-28 S/General MacArthur Blvd/MacArthur Blvd, Follow MA-28 S to MA-151 W in Falmouth. Take the MA-151 exit from MA-28 S, Continue on MA-151 W. Drive to Depot Rd.
