Exquisite country cottage, totally furnished with impeccable taste in every details, situated in a very quiet environment and ideally located at 23 km from Granville, 11 km from Avranches, 40 km from Mont Saint Michel and 120 km from the D. Day Beaches.
The large cuisine decorated with lively colors and natural woods cabinets is an invitation to meal sharing; the seating room and its heating stove is warm and welcoming.
The "Romantic" bedroom inspires serenity, the "Sea Side Atmosphere" bedroom serenity and the "Marine" bedroom is an invitation to open sea sailing.
The cottage stands within a large property of 80 acres including 5 acres of landscaped park and a forest of 40 acres and is 350 yards away from the landlords mansion.
We welcome small dogs on request. The property is not fenced and breeds cows and horses.
We unfortunately cannot welcome children below the age of 7 due to the specific design of the stair case.
The property has a basket ball hoop stand, a ping pong table and bicycles.
A barbecue area in the "summer kitchen" is available from May 15th to September15th. For other periods we can supply an outdoor barbecue.
