A 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home overlooking the Cornfield Point Private Beach on the Long Island Sound.

FIRST FLOOR: A fully stocked kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. A dining area and formal dining room. A one half bath. A bedroom with two twin beds. Laundry Room also available. There is a large living room with 40” Flatscreen TV & DVD player with adjacent sitting room. Both rooms have gorgeous water views over a sandy beach facing the sunsets.

SECOND FLOOR: A full bath with tub and a glass door shower enclosure. A second bedroom with two twin beds and a third bedroom with two full-size beds (or twin and full when requested). Both bedrooms overlook the water. Also provided are lawn chairs with cushions and a picnic table with an umbrella.

*Occupancy is limited to 8 people. Parking is limited to 4 cars. Garage parking for one car and for storage is available.
