With a sparkling pool and spa, a BBQ station with a wet bar, and meticulously manicured landscaping, this space serves as a private retreat. The first level also offers two en-suite bedrooms, a spacious laundry room, and multiple lounge areas that open effortlessly to the outdoor oasis.
Upstairs, a gallery-style hallway leads to three additional en-suite bedrooms, including the grand primary suite — a true retreat. • The owners usually live on this property and rent it out when they're away. You'll have full access to the home during your stay—please treat it with the same respect as your own.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-in time is at 4:30 PM. This ensures our cleaners have enough time to prepare for the next guest or the owners’ return.
• Late check-out requests must be submitted in advance. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $300 fee.
• Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For urgent matters outside this time, please feel free to contact us. For non-emergencies, we kindly ask for your patience until the next day.
• No glass or alcohol in or around the pool. Use only plastic cups outdoors.
• Pool heating and jacuzzi heating is NOT available. Please note that this under maintenance.

• Filming, photoshoots, and productions must be approved in advance. Unauthorized shoots will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.

• Do not deny access to the gardener (Mondays) or pool technician (Wednesdays). They have outdoor access as part of regular maintenance.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing damage.
• Lock all doors and windows, and switch off lights when leaving or checking out.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of personal belongings.
• If you leave something behind, we’ll do our best to return it but can’t guarantee recovery.
