Light and bright three bed condo, in the heart of Brookline, right between Coolidge Corner and Washington Square. New everything! Brand new queen beds with luxury bedding - feather beds, down comforters, and designer duvets. Two bedrooms are on the top level and the third bedroom is a finished basement although being on a hill, is bright with direct sunlight with two windows. The basement can be accessed by a spiral staircase that can be steep for older folks or those with special needs.
The living room couch is a queen pull out couch that can sleep two people on the comfortable mattress. An addition aero bed also available that can sleep 1-2 people additional (potentially sleeping 10 people in all).
Fully equipped chefs kitchen with gas range. Every amenity is provided, including a washing and dryer, and a wood burning fireplace. Private backyard space with gas grill for al fresco dining.
The unit comes one parking, if you need more ask us - there are a few public parking (paid) and street parking options to consider. 25-Being on the hill, the parking is quirky - the driveway is on an incline and shared with us.
You will have full access to the Condo. We live upstairs, so we are around if you need anything, but we will try to stay out of your way.
UPDATE: The basement room has now been converted to a full room with its own door to close for privacy!
