Enter an open main living area with living room and dining area. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, a flat screen smart TV with cable (YouTube TV provided. Stream additional content with your own accounts), WiFi and ductless split unit air conditioner. The dining area has a table with seating for six. The main living area opens to the separate kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and drip coffeemaker. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower off the kitchen.
This home has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed, an ensuite half bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bedroom three has a twin bed with trundle. The trundle may be opened to convert to a king bed. All three bedrooms have ductless split unit air conditioners.

The large deck looks out at the wooded lot. There is a table with chairs, a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
