Welcome to this newly renovated home on Kent Island! This place is located right in the heart of the action and is walking distance to all of the great bars and restaurants Kent Island has to offer!
This charming home sits right on the bay and provides a walking trail to the heart of town and also has access to the Cross Island Trail.
If you want to come by boat, we can provide you with a boat slip (additional cost depending on boat size).
We can't wait to host you and your guests!
The space
Upon arrival, you will notice the incredible dock that can be used to see the best views of the sunset on Kent Island. If you have a paddleboat, kayak or jetski, feel free to use the dock to take off from!
Once inside the property, you will have a spacious open living room with a 50" smart TV used for all of your viewing pleasures. There are two brand new couches and a dining table for your convenience.
Beyond the living room is a brand-new kitchen with granite countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine and dryer. Also included with the space is a cozy bar that can be used to eat, relax or work from.
The main bedroom features a queen sized, memory foam mattress and a large closet with shelving that will cater to all of your needs. The second bedroom includes two full, memory foam mattresses for your additional guests!

Summary: I tried to contact the manager or VRBO yesterday all day to let you know the internet was off all day and also today. I was a good stay and cute place. If the grass to get to dock could be cut more often. It was a little long and worried we will run into insects or snake. Also a sign that says “shallow water” by dock will help. My son jumped into the water, bent his knees and got hurt because we didn’t know it was that shallow.
