Many rooms have a fireplace and TV, and high-speed Wifi throughout! Easy off street parking.
On the second floor, you’ll feel pampered in the spacious master bedroom with fireplace, on-suite bathroom, and incredible ocean views. The second floor also has an open-concept living area with high beamed ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. The living area includes the living room, dining area and nicely outfitted kitchen to entertain friends and family (note: one side of oven is operational). The cozy fireplace in the living room is a wonderful treat to come back to after spending the day relaxing at the beach, and then finishing off the day on the terrace with a sunset view. THERE ARE ALSO 2 COZY OVERSIZED SOFAS IN THE LIVING ROOM THAT CAN EACH SLEEP ONE PERSON!
The first floor of the home features two additional bedrooms with electric fireplaces, a full bathroom, and direct access to an expansive outdoor viewing deck and back garden where you can take in the ocean breeze while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening beverage. The perfectly sized backyard is perfect for hosting a family gathering and still catch the sunset.

Between the 3 bedrooms and oversized sofas in the living room, this welcoming coastal retreat home can sleep 8 very comfortably! We can squeeze in a couple of kids. Come make memories and enjoy the best indoor/outdoor living Santa Barbara has to offer!
