- Please note that there is no central AC or heating in the Villa. However, space heaters are provided in each bedroom and in the living room to ensure your comfort.
- For the upkeep of the pool, a pool cleaner will visit the property on Thursdays. He will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- Your safety is our priority. A security camera is located at the front entrance, facing outward, and records 24/7. The camera also captures the pool area for security purposes.

Check-ins are available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM only, as our team is available during these hours to assist with any issues. Check-ins outside this timeframe are not permitted.

We cannot accept package deliveries before check-in. The host is not responsible for any mail, packages, or deliveries sent to the property before your arrival.
