There are 5 bikes at the cottage and a front porch with 3 rocking chairs and back porch with cafe table and 2 chairs.
First Floor:
The first floor has a living area that seats 9 comfortably. Walk into a porch that has an incredible garden and ocean view and round game table. The living area flows into the bar which seats 4 people. When the door is open you have a lovely ocean breeze. The cottage has a galley kitchen which has been fully updated. There is a half bath with off the kitchen and 2 wall AC units in the living area.
Second Floor:
The second floor has 5 fresh bedrooms with two twin beds that can be converted into California Kings. There is a second master on the second floor that offers ocean views and a sitting room with a large open folding window with an ocean view. Washer and Dryer are located on the second floor along with 2 full baths at the end of the halls, not connected to bedrooms.
Third Floor: A Master Bedroom with a king bed and ocean view and long window bench. Fully renovated full size bath with tub.
