The property is on approximately three acres of oceanfront property overlooking East Bay, Dowses Beach and Nantucket Sound. The private beach is at the end of the wooden walkway on the property Or you can walk to the beach at the end of Wianno Ave or walk to Dowses Beach. The saltwater bay has a small dock at the edge of the property which is great for crabbing or kayaking! The landscape is beautiful with lots of space to kick a soccer ball or grab a chair to sit and read!
Location is spectacular. Approximately one mile from the center of town. great for walking, running, cycling. Beautiful beaches with warm gulf stream water. Very charming and clean living space.
