You will have access to the complete basement of this historic 19th century home as well as the updated kitchen and backyard/patio area (including the hot tub!)
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quite old and established. There are trees everywhere and a large park (Woodlawn) is just 2 blocks away. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars just a few blocks to the northwest. I highly recommend Third Drop Coffee and Rustica Eatery and Tavern.
Getting Around:
You can definitely walk to several bars and restaurants. Downtown Fargo is just a short Uber/Lyft away (usually $6ish). There is public transit, but it's not super reliable. There is plenty of room to park your car in the driveway and on the street, just be mindful of snow removal and garbage day restrictions.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available via Airbnb message and cell phone before and during your stay. I try to limit my in-person interaction with guests but am available as needed :)
