Located in the family-friendly “car-free” village of Wengen with the nursery ski slope right outside and just steps from the Maennlichen cable car, the mountains and ski areas are truly on your doorstep!

What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.
