Our home is about a 10 min drive to the French Quarter/Downtown as well as St. Charles Ave or Magazine St. and the universities, so Uber and Lyft are great options. Freret street is not too far away and has lots of great food, drinks, coffee, and live music. Our large backyard is perfect for having dinner or coffee outside under the shade of our Live Oak!
