The large screen porch (12x30) stays relatively shaded most of the day, which is great for adults who want to watch the children play or fish from the pier. The porch also offers plenty of comfortable seating a table that will seat 4, two additional chairs, a swing glider plus a wicker couch and chairs set for relaxing. The sturdy pier has a boat lift and a fish cleaning station, and has plenty of room for fishing and crabbing. The property also includes a private 15 x 30 above ground pool. 6 kayaks are provided for guests to explore the many miles of shoreline on Bridge creek or take extended trips out on the Little Wicomico River.
