There's a 36' five burner gas cooktop. Broan vent system, 50 bottle in island wine fridge, microwave/double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and granite countertops. You'll find secure wifi throughout and a 60 ' Smart tv, w/ cable in the living room. The home is tastefully decorated and immaculately kept,
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. Each has new beds, bedding and mattresses. One bedroom has a king bed and bathroom w/ shower, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom will have a new tv.
The main bath has a custom glass enclosed 4' x 6' shower w/ multiple shower heads.
There is small finished room in the basement that has a pull-out full sofa bed. The laundry room is also in the basement. The washer and dryer are located there.
French doors lead out to the 1000 sq ft patio. There's enough patio furniture to seat 14 . The lot is approximately 18,000 sq ft. The large back yard has recently been landscaped and fenced in. Other ammenities include an outdoor shower, a fire pit, a gas grill and cable outlet to watch tv outside.
