The prices are for a 3 bedroom apartment. Some rooms are larger than others but they are generally 120 - 180 Sq ft. There are common spaces that are NOT MEANT FOR SLEEPING. Guests are not to be sleeping in the living room area.

All residents are to sleep in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The entire space is furnished and there is a cleaning fee of $200.00 for those staying a week or more.

There is a two person per room per night limit. All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE 5 days or less till your arrival. No smoking in any part of the property. No parties inside or outside of the house. Please leave the room as you met the room.

If you are given a room upstairs you are not permitted to go downstairs. There is a Kitchen and bathroom on each floor. The floor where your room is located is the bathroom and Kitchen you are able to use.

Guests are not allowed to use the backyard for parties or any other use.
