Cute peaceful on 4th street adjacent from a park, and a couple blocks away from the ocean. You can hear boats on the water from the master bedroom balcony.Top floor penthouse with high ceilings, sunny south facing balcony with a view of the new bridge, safe, secure garage parking & new renovated gym and recreation room. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds and comfortable organic memory foam mattresses, black out curtains, quiet complex. Two large wide velvet couches in the living room that comfortably sleeps another guest.
