The cozy space is a newly renovated historic building turned urban luxury apartment. It’s comprised of a master bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed for royalty and an en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower. We also have a stylish and comfortable queen sofa bed located in the open concept living area framed with exposed brick, open floor plan, original hardwood, and large windows that provide character and beautiful natural light, while the stainless kitchen gives a modern twist.
Developed from a restored warehouse, this space offers urban luxury green-living, wrapped in historic charm. Keyless building entry, and for the environmentally conscious - there are high-efficiency AC /heating units so you can stay at your home-away-from-home comfortably while remaining environmentally friendly. Our cozy crib is located at the center of the bus lines, the free Charm City Circulator Bus that's going to all major attractions downtown and minutes from Penn station so you don’t waste a second getting to where you need to go. Since this is a renovated warehouse with green living in mind, we keep energy use to a minimum. That means, NO ELEVATORS (stairs honestly not that bad but if elderly or have trouble walking, this home may not be for you). So please be mindful of turning apartment lights off when, not in use or leaving to explore the beautiful city of Baltimore.
