**This apartment is in a raised home! There are stairs inside and outside the unit. The Stairs outside are large concrete stairs and the stairs inside are narrow wooden steps with metal support. You can enter from downstairs into a bedroom or you will need to walk up a full flight of stairs to enter the apartment! ** You will have to walk through 3 of the bedrooms to get to 2 of the bathrooms with two bedroom being set apart from the others a bathroom that is set apart . The first bedroom upstairs serves a bedroom and can serve as a living room if you wish to used the full size Day Bed with trundle bed as couch instead! After you walk through the first bedroom you enter double louvered doors which lead to a 2nd bedroom with a king bed, and a full bath. This bathroom is the only one with a bath tub. The bathtub has been renovated and features a non slip rubber mat. The 2nd double door features the 3rd bedroom with a full bathroom with a beautifully renovated 6 foot walk in shower!
If we head back to the first bedroom / living room you will find a stair case that leads to the ground level with the short ceilings. The first thing you will see when you get down the stairs is the stainless steel kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the dining area / living room. Directly across from the kitchen there will be two doors across from the kitchen that each leads to the 4th and 5th bedrooms that are not connected like the other rooms. These bedrooms both have king beds. At the end of the hallway you will find a bathroom with a 6 foot wide walk in shower and laundry room! Every Bedroom has their own smart Roku TV for you to sign into your own TV apps!

Located next to two other short term rentals. The walls have been insulated and have double sheetrock on each side as per code, but voices and footsteps can be heard when groups get very loud! Only the first bedroom is on the combining wall of the house and the two bedrooms down the hall do not share a wall with the neighboring units!
