Gorgeous completely updated historic house in the heart of Fargo Moorhead. You will share the kitchen, back yard, hot tub, etc. with other guests if the basement is booked at the same time. The Space:
The full first and second floors are yours with the exception of the kitchen being shared with the basement guests. The backyard and driveway are also shared. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor, a living room, dining room, and office on the main floor.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quite old and established. There are trees everywhere and a large park (Woodlawn) is just 2 blocks away. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars just a few blocks to the northwest. I highly recommend Third Drop Coffee and Rustica Eatery and Tavern.
Getting Around:
You can definitely walk to several bars and restaurants. Downtown Fargo is just a short Uber/Lyft away (usually $6ish). There is public transit, but it's not super reliable. There is plenty of room to park your car in the driveway and on the street, just be mindful of snow removal and garbage day restrictions.
