Our 3-Bedroom home sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam. When you enter the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is. The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood flooring and lots of over-sized windows to let the natural sunlight in. The house is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining room area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for a quick snack or less formal meal for the kids. There is a large deck off of the dining room that comes complete with patio furniture, a grilling area and stairs to dock and beach.
The entire main floor has been recently painted. We have added a 3/4 bathroom on the lower level across from the master bedroom. We have also just recently had the entire retaining wall around the shoreline replaced and upgraded to include granite stairs into the sandy beach area.
The lake isn't just for summer vacations, there is so much to do and see all year long. We're close to all the ski resorts, snowmobile trails are all around us, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway just to name a few. Don't wait, book your next vacation today - you'll be glad you did.
