4 Bedroom House in Nall Hills, Overland Park
A home is where your heart is. Although it`s a short-term rental, we have tried our best to provide you with all the necessary amenities as you would in your own home. Beautifully remodeled and well-maintained home in a heart of Overland Park. Close to shopping, dining, hospitals, and access to major highways. Few minutes from anywhere. literally behind a neighborhood Walmart. Downtown, Speedway, Arrowhead stadium, Sporting KC complex, and museums are all only 20-25 min away only.
There are 3 queen-sized beds in all the bedrooms and a twin bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. There is also an additional twin-sized bed in the upstairs room next to a queen bed. That makes a total of 9 people fit comfortably in all beds. However, we have two full-size futons upstairs and one in the basement. So technically, you could sleep 2 more on the futons or 2 on each if smaller in size. The Total could be 11+.
There are 4 full bathrooms with showers in total in the house. Two attached bathrooms in two of the bedrooms and two common bathrooms on the main level and in the basement.
All the rooms in the house is accessible except for furnace room/storage
We are available via Text or email. If an emergency, we could be reached via Phone calls too.
This house is close to anything everything
The house is located in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Parking is free nearby everywhere.
Note: We were with a management company before. Now, we are hosting it on our own as a newbie. We had all 5-star reviews with the other management company site. Unfortunately, they would not let us bring our reviews with us when we switched to direct hosting with Airbnb.
