This is an 1200 sq ft extra long shotgun home located steps from the Mississippi River. You’ll find lots of living spaces in this home- 2 living rooms (parlor rooms), 2 rooms with available closet space. One bedroom with a queen size bed and one sofa bed located in the front living room. The kitchen is large for New Orleans homes and the dining room is right beside it. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer available at the back end of the house next to the full bath with shower and claw foot tub.
We want this house to feel like a home. Extra blankets provided, books for reading, records for playing, internet provided, kitchen full of dishes and pans for cooking. Towels and linens provided.
