Summary: First we booked this stay as pay upon arrival. When we arrived we were told they had already attempted to process payment and that there was a problem. There was a problem because we did t authorize payment as we were set to pay on arrival. This is not ok at all. The house keeping people were awesome and on point. The office staff and what I assume are the owners aside from the two gentlemen who gave me coffee pods on request were rude and not very helpful. The room was average as expected so ok there but the bathroom was terrible. The tub had some type of laminate sheet in it as there were several places where I would step and all was broken and soft underneath. The drain was taped on and the shower curtain was moldy.
