This beautiful home, just 2 miles from TPC Scottsdale is a golfer's dream, or a family's looking to relax. Includes a billiards table, backyard corn hole, and pool basketball hoop. A gorgeous living room featuring a spacious sectional couch & a flatscreen TV there’s more than enough comfort for all. Two king beds in each of two of the bedrooms, as well as a bunk bed in the third.
This entire home is newly remodeled and located in one of the most upscale zip codes in all of Arizona. With a gorgeous living room featuring a spacious sectional couch and a flatscreen TV there’s more than enough comfort for the group.
Additionally, in the common area, is a four person dining table and a billiards table for guests to enjoy. There are 3 bar seats and 8 outdoor seats under the patio cover. The kitchen is immaculate and is stocked with all the necessary items to cook a feast for you and your group! The wine machine is not accessible for guest to utilize.
Two king beds in each of two of the bedrooms, as well as a bunk bed in the third. The bedrooms with king beds each have flat screen TVs as well. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top. The living roof sofa can easily fit another person. The bedrooms with king beds each have flat screen TVs as well.
Pool is not heated.
The garage at this property is used for homeowner storage, and guests do not have access to it.
