It's easy in and out and we have room for boats up to 30' . We are minutes away from mini-golf, outdoor restaurants (Chartroom, Courtyard, Lobster Trap) and also only 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge. For those who like to fish we are minutes away from the Cape Cod Canal. The sunsets here are priceless. Once you see one for yourself, you'll be coming back year after year guaranteed. It's a great location for those looking to unwind and let loose.
