Positive: Location is good a 10 minutes uphill walk into St Moritz town and a 15 minute walk to station with luggage may take extra 5 minutes. The apartment is old with interior fixtures and fittings requiring an update. A bit of attention to maintenance would be ideal. It’s a Murphy bed so if you require more living space you would need to open/close the bed. Outdoor furniture on the balcony is covered in road pollution and I could not sit there. There is a laundry down in the basement (no instructions on where it is and the card you need to use is in the apartment) and it’s a pay as you use. No instructions in English so managed to use washer but dryer did not work. Disappointing. TV works only with the one remote control as there are two remotes and no instructions in any language could be found. It would be nice if VIVA could provide instructions for English speaking guests and make other arrangements over public holidays to collect Ct keys and ID checks when their office is closed.

Negative: Better cleaning of floor surfaces and outdoor furniture and floor of balcony. Kitchen cupboard doors are delaminating. Top of toilet system is loose. Chairs around dining table are loose and require attention before one breaks and hurts someone. Light pedestal in living space and wall light require maintenance as a safety precaution.

Summary: Good location walk to St Moritz town and train station. Apartment requires some maintenance. Ideal for two people
