Swimming can be done all summer long, but some weeds do come up later in the summer months. The large outdoor firepit will be a hit with the whole family making lifetime memories. This house offers an extra sleeping area in the downstairs living room. There are 2 TVs, a washer and dryer in the home, a small gaming area, patio furniture for 12, amazing views from the deck, gas, and pellet grill. We do supply the propane however you will need to supply the pellets if you want to use the smoker.
