This is a 1,500sf apartment located above the garage of our occupied home. It offers complete privacy from the main house. We have 3 dogs who live in the adjacent house, but have a fenced in back yard and are not off the leash outside the home. There are also security cameras on the property, located only on the exterior of the home.
