Stunning 4 bedroom home with professionally landscaped garden. Layout is thoughtfully set up to separate living area from bedrooms - great for families. Located near the desirable area of Watch Hill in Westerly, Rhode Island on Quonnie Pond. It is located walking distance to the coast, at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway; setting is very private.
Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from several vantage points around the property. Whether relaxing on the Adirondack chairs on the lawn or enjoying the screened in porch, the views are spectacular and the grounds are pristine.
There is a shared dock that gives access to the salt pond - great for guests who bring small boats (canoes/kayaks) etc. There is also a mooring available that can accommodate larger boats if guests choose to bring one with them for the week - this is a really nice way to get across the pond to the spectacular barrier beach and seek ultimate privacy.
The chef’s kitchen is the perfect place for guests to gather! The dining area comfortably seats eight. Guests may enjoy cuddling up by the fireplace after a breakfast with a good book!
The bedrooms are spacious with tranquil views, offering the perfect place to unwind after long day on the water. If any work needs to be done, set away into the home office or the screened in porch for a few moments of silence. This home offers everything you could need!
Westerly is among the best shoreline destinations in the country and considered a best kept secret in Southern New England. It has a thriving downtown full of quaint shops, delicious eateries, trendy bars and more.
Please note that minimum rental is 7 days during the summer (June-August), and we generally look to start rentals on a Friday or Saturday. Please inquire for specifics.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house, including gardens, dock (approx 1/4 mile walk), and use of a canoe for beach access.
Other things to note
Guests may bring their own canoes, kayaks, paddleboards etc and store these at the dock. There is also a mooring available for guests to launch their own boat (up to 16 feet) for use on the pond during their stay.
Beach access is either by boat to Quonnie Beach, or guests may drive to a parking area with a short walk to beach.
