This is a great rental in a perfect location. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with access to two fresh water ponds. A short walk takes you to John Joseph's pond (Great Sands Lake Association Beach) or very popular Buck's pond. The house itself is comfortably furnished and has a great backyard. Three bedrooms and two baths will fit 6 guests perfectly and some great amenities complete the package. Smart TV's are equipped to support your streaming services ands a Bocce court and a horseshoe pit make spending your summer vacation here easy and fun. New windows and two first floor ductless AC units were installed in 2021. Additionally, both bathrooms were updated this year as well. The outdoor shower is fully enclosed. The deck has outdoor seating and a gas barbeque grill. The three season room is a peaceful place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and the elevated backyard offers peeks of the pond. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are offered for your convenience. A better rental would be hard to find!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
