This is an 1880's 3 bedroom,1.5 bath ranch-style cottage overlooking Mayo Beach. There is a small deck and nice yard with a sandy beach directly in front of the cottage. The first floor has a small kitchen with a dining area, living room with another dining area, 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds (twin over double), as well as a bathroom with tub and shower (access to the bath and the 2nd bedroom is through the bunk bedroom). There is a very narrow stairway that leads to the third bedroom on the second floor - attic level - with 3 twin beds(one XL). It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the center of town, a very short walk to Mayo Beach, the community playground and tennis courts and about 10 minutes by car to the pond and ocean beaches. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.
