The home has generous water frontage and direct access to the beach through a private gate. Offering more than 2400 square feet of living space plus expansive outdoor deck space on three levels, each of three large bedrooms is on a separate floor with en suite bathroom. An additional powder room serves the first floor.
Prepare your favorite meals in the chef's kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a large center island with plenty of counter space for easy meal prep. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living area maximize enjoyment of the expansive water views. Step outside to a backyard oasis, laze in the sunshine on the oversized water view deck, step through a private gate onto the beach for a swim in the water, and use the outdoor grill and dining area for a complete alfresco experience.
When you aren't relaxing downstairs, the second floor has an expansive family room for lounging, games and movie night on the 65" Frame television. The second floor water view deck offers additional plush outdoor seating and another outdoor table for more intimate dining or afternoon cocktails.
