Summary:
Our 2 bedroom home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but very close to Drake University and a short drive to downtown. This is an ideal location to be near all that Des Moines has to offer while enjoying peace & quiet when at home! Enjoy our kitchen (with a dishwasher), dining room, 2 bedrooms, living room, and front porch. Additional amenities include a smart tv, wifi, and a washer and dryer in unit.
The Space:
This is mainly a single-level home. You do need to walk up a few steps to enter the front door. All rooms are on the main level, however the laundry is in the basement. You'll enter our home through the front porch, which has an outdoor dining table and a porch swing. Once inside, you'll find our living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a bunkbed with one twin bed and one full-sized bed.

You have the entire place to yourself.

We are very centrally located! You can get to Drake University, Downtown Des Moines, or the Historic East Village within 5-10 minutes.
