This cottage stands alone as part of a 4 cottage compound. Summer weekly rentals run from Saturday 3PM to following Saturday 11AM. The layout provides for the perfect setting for family reunions – providing total sleeping capacity for up to 12 in four separate cottages. (Get together but still have your space!!)
Winter rental also possible each year which run mid October thru May.
Each unit has kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
Cable TV central AIR.
1000' walk to the beach. Restaurants, shops, kids & grownup entertainment close by.
The units each have yard areas and access to grills, the pavilion & outside furniture for your enjoyment.
Use our pavilion with gas grill, table & chairs and a fire pit ! Available to all guests for outdoor gatherings (see Vacations tab).
Picnic tables, additional yard chairs provided.
McCormick's Cape Cod Cottages !!: Come stay in a nicely landscaped family compound were we walk to the beach, have cookouts and marsh mellows around the firepit. We go clamming on Sunday at low tide so put on your suit and join us !!

Directions to McCormick's Cape Cod Cottages:
Interstate 495 South to Bourne Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal, (don't be concerned, it turns into Route 25, make NO turns, stay on the 2-3 lane Interstate to the Bourne Bridge).
Over the Bourne Bridge there is a traffic circle. Go 3/4 around.
Follow signs for Route 6.
You are now on '6 Bypass' heading Northeast along the Cape Cod Canal (on your left).
Go 3 miles to a stop light, (you will see the Sagamore Bridge ahead).
At this stoplight, turn right onto Route 6 EAST. Stay on Route 6 EAST for 17 miles.
Take it easy - the speed limit is 55 MPH and the road is heavily patrolled (especially between Exit 6 & Exit 7).
Take Exit 7 - Willow Street.
At end of ramp at the stop sign, take a left.
Take the left onto HIGGINS-CROWELL Road.
Go 1.5 miles toward West Yarmouth and Bass River. At stop light (intersection of Buck Island Rd.), go straight.
1/2 mile to next stop light at intersection of Route 28. continued next box !
Go left onto Route 28.
Go 1.8 miles (heading EAST) on Route 28.
Look for Seaview Avenue on the right.
TURN RIGHT on Seaview Avenue.
.6 miles on your right is #159 and #169 Seaview Ave.
Please pull into your unit and come to the office at 159 Seaview Ave.
