Welcome to our "Vitamin Sea" Home. The perfect location to enjoy the beach, the salt air and the many activities Ocean City, NJ has to offer.
Our 1,100 square foot condo is located on Haven Avenue in Ocean City and is a few short blocks to the beach and boardwalk via 18th street. Ocean City is a pedestrian friendly town to begin with and 18th street has the added benefit of having traffic lights on every corner.
We really want our guests to enjoy and relax while on vacation so we include the following: 4 beach tags, a wine fridge and Keurig in the kitchen.
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the condo offers a full size laundry room complete with a washer, dryer and a large utility sink. A Murphy bed is also located in this room for that extra guest.
The Aquatic and Fitness center, which is directly across the street, offers the following paid amenities (not included with rental); daily/weekly gym usage, cafe for coffee and wraps, and a lap pool. They also offer childcare and library programs making it easy to have some morning adult time on the beach.
For those that enjoy some outside time this condo has a large outside deck that is covered so can easily still be enjoyed on a rainy day. The deck features an outside sectional and a table for enjoying meals. Additionally the front deck overlooks the quiet Haven Avenue and is perfect for some down time in between the beach and boardwalk fun or a place to sip your morning coffee.
