Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house was moderately well stocked, glasses, plates cooking utensils, etc. Great location, we were a family of 7, all adult children and grandchildren, so it was spacious, we provided our own towels and sheets, however there were two bath towels per bedroom - not really enough for a week. The location is great, close to Nauset Beach and restaurants.

Negative: There were a number of interior lights not working, especially over the kitchen sink, the day we arrived we found the towel bars in the bathroom had fallen on the floor, we fixed them. Kitchen sink had no drain stopper, we purchased one. Other areas that needed repair were the outside deck had several boards that had come loose, raised portion presented a fall hazard. Access to the rear yard and outside shower was roped off with a sign advising danger to access the area. All of these issues are simple and relatively inexpensive to fix. The biggest issue was the hot water was not regulated so it was very hot, possibly a mixing valve issue.

Summary: We would be hesitant to rebook next year; simple inexpensive fixes should be made.
